How do you prevent furballs and your cat throwing them up. Is there any good stuff you can give them?

my mom's cat has this problem... one solution is canola oil on their paws.. they lick it off and it helps! (not sure about the science behind it but it does work)

also there are fur ball cat food formulas...

i've also heard that high fiber diets work...

Thanks. Our cats have to eat a special food for uniary condition. The oil on their paws might work. http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a60/dad2paisley/Icons/emo-emo-Thanx.gif

To bad we can't. Can only give them the Purina Urinary Special Food cause of Blaze when he had that near death experience.
